We make sure that our clients see the same Caregivers each week – you will not find a revolving door of new Caregiver faces
We make ourselves available to you 24-hours a day with our “Care On Call” line – answered 24/7/365 by a live GoldLeaf CareGivers employee – we do not use an answering service; even if it’s 3:00am on Christmas morning, we answer our phones live!
We are responsive – we have backup Caregivers available “On-Call” at all times in the event that a client’s regular Caregiver becomes ill or gets caught in a snow storm, etc.; we will never miss a scheduled visit with a client
We work with our clients and their families to create a detailed plan of care that is tailored to the needs and wants of every person in our care
We offer care when a client needs it – not when it is convenient for the company
We orientate and train our Caregivers on each client’s specific wants and needs, and one of our owners personally introduces a new Caregiver to every client
We have a computerized Telephony Tracking System that tracks the exact time a Caregiver arrives and leaves a client’s home to ensure accuracy and accountability, so you know that the time you are billed for is honestly and accurately tracked and recorded – paper timesheets are a thing of the past
Our Caregivers journal all activities that take place during every visit to a client’s home – we can also email or fax the daily journal entries to our client’s family members in order to keep everyone “in the loop”
We conduct bi-weekly Quality Assurance visits to a client’s home to guarantee the satisfaction of the client and to assure the ongoing quality of our Caregivers’ performance
We provide extensive mandatory ongoing training and education for our Caregivers with our Continuing Education & Training Program
With our partner, the American Humane Association, we offer Dog Therapy in our clients’ homes to help our clients combat anxiety, loneliness and depression by providing furry and loving companionship.
